Job summary

Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life. Join our Ezypay team in Kuala Lumpur as Senior Accounts Executive to lead the GL function, ensure accurate financial reporting across APAC entities, and support management with insightful analysis.

You will manage month-end close, coordinate audits and tax filings, and mentor two GL Executives while driving process improvements and strong governance within a growing payments business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in accounting and financial reporting with GL management.
• Experience across multiple legal entities and APAC jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead GL across APAC entities, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
• Review and approve journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close; ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and packs.
• Oversee SST, GST, VAT filings and corporate income tax reporting.
• Mentor two GL Executives; drive process improvements and governance.
