Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage General Ledger operations, taxation matters, and financial reporting across 12 APAC entities. You will ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS/GAAP, support month-end and year-end closes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of General Ledger/Record-to-Report experience.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing multiple entities in APAC preferred.
• Knowledge of GST/SST/VAT and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger records and prepare journal entries for 12 APAC entities.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end/quarter-end/year-end close activities.
• Prepare group and statutory financial reports and schedules.
• Coordinate tax filings (GST/SST/VAT) and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, Treasury and other teams to ensure accurate records.
