Job summary

Xplor Technologies invites applications for a Finance Manager in Kuala Lumpur to support Ezypay's growth across Asia Pacific. You'll lead the accounting team, oversee GL, AP, AR, treasury, and month-end close, and partner with the Finance Director on budgeting and cash flow.

The role emphasizes statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance, and building automation through ERP and BI tools. Ideal candidates have ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent, 10+ years in accounting, and a track record of leading

Qualifications

• ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 10+ years in accounting and finance with leadership experience.
• Experience managing across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation and controls.
• ERP systems expertise (NetSuite / Oracle / SAP) and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the accounting team across the Group.
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, treasury, fixed assets and month-end close.
• Ensure timely financial results, reconciliations and reporting.
• Own statutory reporting, audits, tax and cross‑jurisdiction compliance.
• Drive finance process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Partner with Finance Director on budgeting and cash flow.
• Interface with auditors, tax advisors, regulators and stakeholders.
