Forvis Mazars is seeking an APAC Transformation Leader to drive the regional transformation function across APAC, coordinating projects, governance, and technology delivery. Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in transformation, operational improvement, change management, or related roles.
• Experience leading a portfolio of initiatives with governance and delivery reporting.
• Experience in regional or multi-country environments with strong stakeholder management.
• Practical understanding of productivity tools (M365 and Power Platform) with feasibility assessment.
• Experience shaping requirements and evaluating vendors or solutions systematically.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Qualifications & experience

Required:

• Experience working in a regional or multi-country environment, with strong stakeholder management.
• Practical understanding of modern productivity and automation tools (M365 and Power Platform), with the ability to assess feasibility and delivery impact.
• Experience shaping requirements and evaluating vendors or solutions in a structured way.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
