Job summary

AudioCodes seeks an experienced APAC Voice AI Subject Matter Expert to drive commercial growth across SEA, Japan, and Hong Kong. You will identify new customers and partners, guide solution validation, and lead demos, POCs, and pilots with a strong technical and commercial focus.

You will own the end-to-end validation journey, balancing credibility with business value, and collaborate with regional teams to convert opportunities into signed bookings. Travel up to 30% across APAC is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years in SME or Sales/Solution Architect roles combining sales with deep technical knowledge.
• Technical expertise in Voice Conversational AI, Contact Center, and Real-Time Telephony is mandatory.
• Experience selling real-time communication solutions to contact centers.
• Ability to engage senior levels from technical to business ROI levels.
• Proven experience working with technology partners in multi-vendor ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification, discovery, and solution design for Voice AI opportunities across APAC.
• Build and run customer demos, POCs, and pilots with clear success criteria.
• Collaborate with regional Sales Leads to develop enterprise opportunities and convert pipeline to bookings.
• Identify Voice AI use cases based on customer needs and CX requirements.
• Develop business cases with metrics like ROI and TCO based on customer data.
• Own technical RFP/RFI responses and drive integration discussions.
• Foster relationships with enterprise customers and partners and enable partners through training.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Voice AI, CX Automation, and Contact Center markets.
• Represent AudioCodes as a regional Voice AI SME.
