Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Rewards Manager to own the APAC Rewards module within the regional Employee Services tower on a 6-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension or conversion. The role requires managing regional compensation programs, STI/LTI cycles, and APAC-wide governance in collaboration with the China GBS community.

The candidate will align with regional partners, benchmark practices with providers like Mercer, and drive data integrity across core HR systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Mandarin proficiency required for China GBS collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC Rewards module within the regional Employee Services tower.
• Implement regional compensation & benefits programs across APAC.
• Drive annual ASR and STI cycle for APAC with merit matrices and modeling.
• Coordinate with China GBS on compensation reviews and regional alignment.
• Maintain APAC Rewards Atlas and benchmark with providers like Mercer.
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems and support budgeting/forecasts.
