Job summary

Ricoh Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. seeks a Regional Performance & Recognition Manager to drive compensation & benefits strategy across the APAC region, aligning with business priorities and talent needs.

You will oversee job architecture, grading, and deployment of global/local C&B frameworks, lead annual reviews and merit cycles, and advise senior stakeholders on equitable, competitive compensation decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years in Compensation & Benefits with regional/multi-country experience.
• Experience designing or evolving reward frameworks (job architecture, grading, performance-linked rewards).
• Strong expertise in compensation strategy and market benchmarking (Mercer/WTW/Hay).
• Knowledge of APAC benefits design, governance and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive APAC compensation strategy and frameworks aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee job architecture, grading, and compensation philosophies across OpCos.
• Benchmark practices, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Lead regional cycles (annual review, merit, incentives) with local flexibility.
• Advise HR and leaders on equitable, competitive compensation decisions.
• Develop rewards for key talent and regional roles balancing global/local needs.
• Define benefits strategy and harmonise OpCo offerings.
• Build regional analytics and dashboards; provide cost modelling and scenario analysis.
• Act as strategic advisor to OpCo HR and business leaders; support organization design.
