Sunrider International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive IT Support professional to deliver regional L1/L2 support across the APAC region from Kuala Lumpur. You will handle SQL reporting, IT operations tasks, and basic networking while coordinating with cross-country teams.

The role emphasizes independent work, effective communication, and timely issue resolution in a fast-paced business environment. Occasional after-hours support may be required to maintain critical systems and reports.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL scripting and database queries.
• Good understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Experience with IT operations involving scheduled jobs or recurring processes.
• Familiarity with business applications or system support is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 regional helpdesk support across APAC.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL scripts for reporting.
• Execute operational tasks including monthly bonus runs and scheduled jobs.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues and coordinate with HQ teams for complex problems.
• Support internal systems like Exigo and related web apps.
• Collaborate with regional teams and provide after-hours support when required.
