Job summary

CLASQUIN in Asia Pacific seeks a Regional Accounts Receivable & Credit Manager to lead AR, credit management, and credit insurance across 10 APAC countries. Reporting directly to the ASPAC CFO, the role ensures effective cash collection, disciplined credit risk management, and adherence to Group policies across all entities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or working capital.
• Experience in regional or multinational environments.
• Desirable experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade-related industries.
• Exposure to credit insurance management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize AR, credit management, and credit insurance across APAC.
• Ensure timely invoicing, monitor billing, and allocate cash collections.
• Maintain customer master data in TMS and accounting systems.
• Oversee credit control policies and monitor regional credit exposures.
• Negotiate payment plans and oversee debt collection.
• Develop regional dashboards, KPIs and reporting for senior management.
• Coach local Finance Managers and AR teams; promote process standardization.
