Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Manager II, Accounts Receivable to lead AR/I2C operations across APAC, overseeing a team of 10–12 and managing USD 325 million in monthly receivables. The role focuses on end-to-end processes—credit, collections, disputes, cash application, and reporting—within a multinational, matrix organization.

The successful candidate will drive process excellence, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Country Finance Leaders and stakeholders to optimize cash flow and working capital

Qualifications

• Experience managing Financial Services with cross-functional collaboration AR I2C, Treasury, Finance, Commercial, and OTI.
• Proven ability to work in a multinational, matrix organization.
• Leadership in a managerial role with 8–12 direct reports.
• Strong stakeholder management in a multicultural environment.
• Proficient in SAP and leading ERP projects.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin proficiency, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AR/I2C team across APAC, guiding 10–12 associates.
• Oversee day-to-day AR/I2C operations: Credit, Collections, Disputes, Cash Application, AR Reporting.
• Develop, measure, and deliver services aligned with SLAs and KPI targets.
• Drive improvements with compliance, audit readiness, and month-end reporting.
