Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking an Asia Credit Manager to lead credit risk management across the region, protecting cash flow while enabling profitable growth. You will establish consistent credit standards and provide timely credit decisions in collaboration with Finance, Sales, Operations, Legal and Treasury.

Reporting to the APAC CFO with a dotted line to Group Director of Credit Management, you will oversee the regional credit framework, monitor portfolio risk and guide country teams on deal

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business or related discipline.
• Substantial experience in commercial credit risk / credit control within a regional distribution technology environment.
• Experience in IT distribution, technology or cybersecurity sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to translate financial and market information into sound credit decisions.
• Knowledge of credit limits, payment terms, guarantees, letters of credit and provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a regional credit risk framework, policies, and operating procedures across Asia.
• Lead or review credit assessments for new and existing customers with financial, ownership, and security considerations.
• Recommend and approve credit limits and payment terms within delegated authority.
• Monitor exposures, overdue receivables, and portfolio trends; lead collections governance.
• Coach country teams on credit analysis, negotiation and risk awareness.
• Prepare regional credit reporting and support audits and system/process improvements.
