Job summary

Alcon, the global leader in eye care, seeks a Manager II, Accounts Receivable to lead AR/I2C across APAC, overseeing USD 325 million in monthly receivables and a team of ~10–12 associates.

The role drives end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash processes, including credit management, collections, dispute resolution, cash application, and AR reporting, ensuring service excellence and timely issue resolution in a multicultural, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Financial Services with AR I2C, Treasury, Finance, and related functions.
• Leadership experience with 8–12 direct reports in a multinational, matrix setup.
• Strong people and stakeholder management in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AR/I2C team across APAC, guiding ~10–12 associates.
• Oversee day-to-day AR/I2C operations: Credit, Collections, Dispute Resolution, Cash Application, AR Reporting.
• Drive KPIs: DSO, AR aging, blocked orders, disputes turnaround.
• Ensure compliance, internal controls, and month-end reporting.
