Job summary

Alcon, a global leader in eye care, seeks a Manager, Accounts Receivable (APAC) to lead AR/I2C across the Asia Pacific region. You will oversee a team of 10–12 in a broader network of 30+, driving cash collection, credit management, and reporting while partnering with Commercial, Treasury, and country finance teams.

You will champion continuous improvement, governance, and automation within Receivable Management, delivering high-quality services to patients and customers throughout APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, or Project Management certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AR/I2C team, guiding daily operations and coaching 10–12 associates.
• Oversee end-to-end AR operations: Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Resolution, Cash Application, AR Reporting.
• Ensure service levels, SLAs, KPIs alignment and strong controls.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and adherence to accounting standards.
