Job summary

Smiths Detection in Malaysia is seeking a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support APAC recruitment activities, data management, contractor onboarding, and agency relationships across multiple countries. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, HR and external partners to ensure a smooth, compliant hiring process.

• Experience in Recruitment Coordination or Talent Acquisition
• Strong organisational skills with multi-country coordination
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
• Experience maintaining trackers and meeting deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across APAC countries and functions
• Raise and manage recruitment requisitions with accuracy
• Support contractor onboarding and related documentation
• Create and maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Coordinate agency communications and management of external partners
