Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end PR-PO processes, primarily supporting vendors in Japan and Korea, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the procure-to-pay workflow, monitor regional metrics, and leverage systems like Ariba and Oracle to drive efficiency and accuracy in supplier interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in a related field (procurement, logistics, supply chain preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Japanese language proficiency required.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PR-PO procurement: raise requests, issue POs, track delivery, reconcile accounts and settlements.
• Conduct small-value procurement, tendering, supplier selection and price/risk analyses.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training, SLAs, and ensure procurement policy compliance.
