Job summary

Technip Energies in Kuala Lumpur seeks a PMC Resourcing Specialist to lead resourcing for APAC PMC/Management Consultancy projects. You will drive manpower planning, liaise with clients and project teams, and coordinate recruiting, onboarding and mobilization across local and expatriate staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 10 years of resourcing experience within PMC, EPC or consultancy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 10 years of resourcing/recruitment experience.
Experience in PMC, EPC or Management Consultancy projects preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and budgeting awareness.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate resourcing for APAC PMC/Management Consultancy projects.
Support manpower planning, headcount monitoring and mobilization.
Source candidates via internal pools, LinkedIn, agencies and external platforms.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and pre-mobilization activities.
Onboard and manage HR matters; liaise with People & Culture, payroll, and leaves.
Monitor project budgets and market salary levels for recruitment decisions.
Maintain resourcing records and APAC dashboard updates.
