Job summary

Technip Energies in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a PMC Resourcing Specialist reporting to the Head of Resourcing to lead APAC resourcing for PMC/Management Consultancy projects and ensure manpower is delivered per the Manning Plan.

You will coordinate staffing, manage interviews and offers, partner with People & Culture, project teams and Cost Control, and maintain resourcing dashboards while supporting onboarding and mobilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant resourcing/recruitment experience.
• Experience in PMC/EPC/Management Consultancy preferred.
• Strong budgeting and manpower planning knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead resourcing activities for APAC PMC/Management Consultancy projects.
• Coordinate staffing requirements and update Manning Plan.
• Manage interviews, offers and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and project teams.
• Monitor budgets and market salary levels.
• Maintain resourcing dashboards and records.
• Engage with clients and hiring managers.
