Job summary

Emerson Network Power is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify and attract top-tier talent across roles, primarily for Malaysia and Asia. You will source, recruit, screen and present candidates, while coordinating onboarding and data reporting for stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in sourcing or talent acquisition in professional services or similar environments, with strong Excel/SharePoint skills and the ability to manage multiple systems. Onsite work in Johor is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of Sourcing / Talent Acquisition experience within a professional services sector or similar recruitment environment (Agency, Headhunting or In-House).
• Volume recruitment experience within APAC preferred.
• Strong sourcing background in IT/electronics manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent through sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate recommendations.
• Coordinate onboarding with candidates and internal stakeholders; manage data and reporting.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels including networking, referrals, and social media.
• Provide market insights on trends, compensation benchmarks and talent availability.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates and support negotiation and onboarding processes.
