Currie & Brown in Malaysia is seeking a senior payroll leader to oversee APAC payroll operations across multiple countries. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing, working with finance, HRIS, and external advisors.

The role requires strong multi-country payroll experience, excellent stakeholder management, and a meticulous approach to control and data confidentiality, with a focus on continuous improvement in a complex in-house environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience across APAC.
• Experience leading multi-country payroll in a corporate environment.
• Excellent English, with additional regional language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end APAC payroll operations across multiple countries.
• Review outputs, reconciliations, journals, and vendor deliverables.
• Maintain governance framework, SOPs, and control metrics.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll and tax requirements.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, Finance, and vendors on data and systems.
• Drive automation and data-driven decision making.
