Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Payroll Specialist for India & APAC to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery and support payroll transformations across APAC. The role focuses on transitioning payroll from ADP to an in-house BIPO model, handling processing, compliance, and employee queries in a multinational shared services setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on India payroll experience.
• Knowledge of India payroll legislation and statutory compliance.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers, preferably ADP.
• Experience supporting payroll implementation or migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end India payroll operations with accuracy and compliance.
• Assist ADP to BIPO transition, testing and data validation.
• Handle payroll queries and maintain audit trails.
• Support payroll processing, statutory payments, and settlements.
