Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Payroll Analyst (APAC) to support end-to-end payroll activities for the APAC region from our Kuala Lumpur office. The role covers deductions, tax withholdings, and statutory requirements across multiple countries within APAC.

You will maintain employee data in payroll systems, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Collaboration with HR and finance teams is essential to drive accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing HR payroll and benefits.
• Familiar with payroll tax withholdings and statutory requirements.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or similar.
• Preferred experience in APAC payroll transformations.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for the APAC region.
• Handle deductions, tax withholdings, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee data in payroll system.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
