Job summary

ByteDance is hiring for a Payroll Ops role based in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will manage monthly payroll activities, enhance processes, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will work collaboratively with HR and manage payroll vendors while providing payroll reporting and analysis.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, a strong functional knowledge of payroll in the APAC region, and at least 3 years of in-house payroll experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in in-house payroll operation.
• Experience in legal and compliance audits in payroll.
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll processes in the APAC region.
