Job summary

Mindbody in Malaysia is seeking a Payments Specialist to support the Sales and Account Management teams by analyzing customer statements, performing pre-sale rate analysis, and onboarding customers to Mindbody's payments solutions.

You will become the subject-matter expert for Mindbody’s payments, use Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint, manage pricing integrity, and drive payments adoption across the portfolio while collaborating with Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytical field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years relevant experience in Payments, account management, or analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working in a customer-facing capacity.
• Comfort with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject-matter expert of Mindbody’s integrated payments solutions.
• Use Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint on a regular basis.
• Develop and maintain merchant loyalty and trust through effective communication and education; provide a delightful experience to customers and team members.
• Support sales and renewals processes; enable Sales and Account Management teams.
• Onboard new customers to appropriate payments solution.
• Initiate and deliver payments training to customers as needed.
• Negotiate rates directly with customers while maintaining pricing integrity.
• Conduct periodic data analysis and reviews on a portfolio level to ensure pricing integrity and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop, support, and manage key projects to support Mindbody’s payments strategy.
