dLocal is seeking a driven Operations Professional in Kuala Lumpur to own and resolve market-level incidents, coordinating with processors, acquirers, and partners to maintain merchant experience. You’ll ensure timely updates and effective problem resolution across time zones.

You will work directly with internal teams and external stakeholders, handling hyper-care during launches and documenting learnings for future improvements.

Formación

• 2–4+ years in payments/fintech operations or merchant operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills with cross-team coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and ticketing/documentation tools (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to operate across time zones and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Triage, own, and resolve operational incidents end-to-end; provide updates to stakeholders.
• Engage with processors and partners to manage day-to-day operations and blockers.
• Provide hands-on merchant support and go-live readiness, including hyper-care during launches.
• Act as a key contact for CS/AM for operational enablement and troubleshooting.
• Perform root-cause analysis, document incidents and resolutions (e.g., in Jira).
