Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking an experienced Order Management professional to coordinate orders from quotation to delivery. You will review and confirm intercompany orders in the ERP, validate pricing and delivery dates, and liaise with planning, procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in order management or related roles, strong English communication, and proficiency with SAP and MS Excel.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field.
3+ years in order management, customer service, sales administration, or supply chain coordination.
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Excel / MS 365.

Responsibilities

Commercial order processing and coordination through offer, order, and delivery stages.
Enter, review, and confirm intercompany orders in the ERP system.
Coordinate product availability, production schedules, and delivery commitments with planning, procurement, warehouse and manufacturing teams.
Monitor open orders from receipt to delivery and invoicing; follow up on delays or issues.
Communicate order status, dates, backorders, changes and risks to internal customers and stakeholders.
Coordinate export, customs, transport, and shipping documentation with relevant departments.
Investigate and resolve pricing, master data, stock availability, delivery, invoicing, and system issues.
