Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager APAC in Malaysia to lead complex workplace investigations and provide policy guidance across countries.

You will partner with Legal, HR Business Partners, and Global Compliance to ensure fair, compliant outcomes while driving ER capability building and governance across the APAC region.

The role requires 10–12 years in HR, strong stakeholder influence, and fluency in English, with additional Asian language skills seen as a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR experience with employee relations and investigations.
• Experience in a highly matrixed and global organization.
• Strong policy interpretation and risk mitigation skills.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin/Japanese/Korean language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations and provide guidance on policy applications.
• Act as ER subject matter expert across APAC to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Develop and govern ER policies aligned with global and local requirements.
• Support regional ER teams through coaching, training, and consultation.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR Partners, and Compliance to manage escalations.
