Job summary

SEEK is seeking a hands-on Employee Relations professional to support APAC, with a strong focus on Malaysia. You will partner with HRBPs to manage complex cases, ensure compliant practices across markets, and lead policy and governance improvements. Travel within the region will be required to support business needs.

You will act as a subject-matter expert on people policies, monitor legislative changes, and uplift capability in leaders and teams to navigate ER and compliance matters confidently.

Qualifications

• Proven employee relations expertise across corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation in Asian markets and practical application.
• Adaptable and pragmatic within SEEK's context and risk profile.
• Hands-on delivery including end-to-end case management and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ER advice and hands-on support to HRBP team.
• Prevent and resolve workplace conflicts and support relationships.
• Manage complex/high-risk cases with fairness, empathy, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct investigations with clear findings and actionable options.
• Coordinate with external legal partners for support and service delivery.
• Represent SEEK in external forums as required.
• Contribute ER input to strategic workforce initiatives.
