BDP (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks an International Trade Operations Hub Lead to own end-to-end governance for an Asia Pacific portfolio.

The role leads ITO Specialists, manages escalations, and drives carrier performance with a focus on risk mitigation and continuous improvement. You will guide regional operations, consolidate hub performance for management reporting, and contribute to stabilization and standardization initiatives across multiple transportation modes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade, or related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of international logistics, freight forwarding or trade experience with ocean exposure.
• People or team leadership experience with provider management, escalation, performance governance, RCA & continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end ITO governance for the assigned portfolio, including transportation priorities and performance.
• Lead, coach and develop ITO Specialists; allocate priorities and ensure quality outputs.
• Directly lead or perform specialist work for complex or critical situations.
• Act as senior transportation SME across ocean, ISO tank, air and other modes.
• Govern escalations and ensure timely escalation to stakeholders.
• Lead regional carrier and logistics service provider performance governance.
• Govern capacity, routing and allocation risks and escalate provider issues.
• Lead or support significant logistics incidents analysis and corrective actions.
• Consolidate portfolio performance, risks and improvement priorities for reporting.
• Provide inputs for management reviews in partnership with leadership.
