Hitachi Energy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to lead and coordinate complex tendering and proposal activities across the Asia Pacific region.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Delivery teams to develop winning commercial proposals and manage bid risk throughout the lifecycle. The role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence business outcomes in a multicultural, global environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in commercial operations, bid/proposal management, tendering, sales operations, contract management, or related commercial function.
• Strong ability to understand revenue, pricing, profitability, costing, and business models.

Mansioni

• Coordinate end-to-end tender and proposal activities across APAC.
• Define optimal commercial strategy and delivery approach with Sales teams.
• Review terms, conditions, and contractual obligations with Legal and Finance.
• Develop pricing models, costing, and profitability analyses.
• Prepare management summaries and executive presentations for senior leadership.
• Ensure proposals follow branding, quality, and governance standards.
