Job summary

Tencent Malaysia is seeking a seasoned HR leader to establish and run a regional HR Shared Service Center (SSC) supporting APAC and Europe operations. You will shape SSC operations, onboarding, off-boarding, internal transfers and global mobility while ensuring high-quality service and compliance.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years of HR experience, 5+ in SSC management, strong policy knowledge across APAC/Europe, and outstanding people leadership with cross-cultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources with 5+ in HR Shared Service Center management.
• Strong knowledge of APAC and Europe HR policies, systems and processes.
• Experience in managing a large team in a high-growth environment.
• Leadership, business partnering and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate a Regional HR SSC to support Tencent's global business in 20+ countries across APAC, Europe and MEA.
• Build and coach SSC teams to deliver high-quality service and efficiency.
• Monitor process efficiency, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee daily service delivery and continuously improve service levels and employee satisfaction.
