Job summary

Tencent is seeking a Senior HR professional in Malaysia to establish and operate a Regional HR Shared Service Center (SSC) to support Tencent's global business development across APAC, Europe and MEA, handling onboarding, offboarding, transfers, inquiries and benefits.

Lead regional strategy, build capable SSC teams, centralize core HR processes, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining compliance with labor laws; drive continual improvement and participate in HR digitalization

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in HR SSC management.
• Familiar with APAC and Europe HR policies, systems and processes.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations; strong coaching and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate a Regional HR SSC to support Tencent across 20+ countries.
• Centralize core HR processes and set unified service standards.
• Monitor process efficiency and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee daily SSC service delivery and continuously improve HR services.
• Lead global HR digitalization projects to enhance service levels.
