Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking an Analyst, HR Services in Kuala Lumpur to support Data Management within the HR Shared Service in APAC. You will process service requests, validate employee data, and ensure data integrity across HR systems while complying with privacy policies.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in data management, fluent English and Mandarin, knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred) and strong Excel/Google Suite skills; fresh graduates with HR project exposure are welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in data management and reporting in a shared service center.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; HR projects experience is a plus.
• Strong English & Mandarin communication, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR systems and Workday preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
• High discretion and confidentiality handling employee data.
• Knowledge of data privacy act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process service requests accurately and timely per SLA.
• Update, review and validate employee data across HR systems.
• Extract, import and export data between systems for submission.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports; ensure accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs; support process improvements.
• Escalate data quality issues and back up for team members.
