Job summary

Chubb is seeking an APAC HR Services Hub Associate to deliver transactional HR support across the region. You will be the first contact for HR inquiries via HR ServiceNow and ensure end-to-end lifecycle processes are accurate and timely.

You will handle onboarding, offboarding, data management, and process improvements while leveraging Oracle HCM and ServiceNow. Strong communication in English and Traditional Chinese is essential, as is the ability to work cross-culturally in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service.
• Experience in HR administration or shared services.
• Experience with service center technologies, HR information systems or applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Traditional Chinese.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer focused mindset and positive learning attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders cross-culturally and at different organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Resolve HR enquiries and requests within SLAs across APAC.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, time & labor, absence, and data management in Oracle HCM and ServiceNow.
• Adhere to HR processes to ensure services are delivered accurately and consistently.
• Escalate complex issues to managers or SME as needed.
• Leverage Oracle HCM and ServiceNow to drive self-service and automation.
• Collaborate with knowledge management to review and improve articles and information availability.
• Seek feedback and contribute to transformation initiatives to improve HR processes and efficiency.
