Job summary

Chubb Insurance Hong Kong seeks an APAC HR Services Hub Associate to deliver broad HR transactional support across the APAC region. You will serve as the first contact for HR inquiries via HR ServiceNow, ensuring end-to-end lifecycle support with efficiency and consistency.

You will resolve queries across talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, time & labor, absence, and data management in Oracle HCM, while driving self-service and automation improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience in HR administration or shared services.
• Experience with HR information systems or service center technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR transactional services for APAC employees, managers and HR community.
• Handle enquiries and requests via HR ServiceNow within SLAs.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, data management, and activities in Oracle HCM.
• Escalate complex issues to managers or subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with knowledge management to improve information articles.
