Job summary

Chubb Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking an APAC HR Services Hub Associate to deliver HR transactional support to employees, managers and the HR community across APAC, serving as the first point of contact via HR ServiceNow.

You will handle enquiries spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, time & labour, and data management in Oracle HCM and HR ServiceNow, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or shared services.
• HR administration experience is beneficial.
• Experience with HR information systems or service desks is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication.
• Detail oriented with good problem solving and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Resolve HR enquiries and operational requests via HR ServiceNow within SLAs.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, compensation and benefits administration, and data management in Oracle HCM.
• Adhere to HR processes to ensure accurate, consistent service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues timely to managers or SMEs.
• Drive self-service adoption and automation with Oracle HCM and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with knowledge management to improve information availability.
