Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an HR Service Delivery Support to provide transactional and administrative HR support across the APAC region, spanning Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Data, Compensation, Benefits, Learning and Recruitment. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, data integrity, and continuous improvement aligned with SOPs.

The position requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 4–5 years of HR experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
4–5 years of HR experience; Shared Services background is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Proficient with MS Office and HR systems (SuccessFactors or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Handle intake activities and resolve cases.
Perform specialized internal HR process administration.
Execute HR processes and SOPs across lifecycle activities.
Generate and analyze operational data and reports as needed.
Support TA, onboarding, data management, compensation, benefits, learning or recruitment workflows.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementation.
Collaborate with Global/APAC CoEs and other HR teams.
