Job summary

Terumo Malaysia is looking for a capable HR Services and Administration professional to provide payroll and HR support across the APAC region. You will handle payroll processing, employee file management, and the smooth execution of onboarding and offboarding activities.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with HR operations and working knowledge of local labour regulations to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• General degree or diploma in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Experience with payroll across multiple countries/regions.
• Conversant in English (speaking and writing).
