APAC HR & L&D Coordinator

Job summary

MSF Malaysia is seeking a collaborative professional to coordinate Learning & Development programs, support recruitment and talent attraction, and rollout staff engagement initiatives across the APAC region, with a focus on Malaysia and Thailand.

You will manage training delivery, candidate communications, meetings, and data reporting, while liaising with HR and L&D colleagues across diverse cultural contexts. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in L&D/HR operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, recruitment, and/or HR operations.
• Experience facilitating and/or co-facilitating workshops, training programs, webinars or group learning activities.
• Experience working in an international and/or cross-cultural environment, preferably within the NGO sector.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Fluent written and verbal English language skills; additional APAC language skills an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver regional Learning & Development programs across APAC, including enrolment, communications and logistics.
• Support Recruitment campaigns, career fairs, interviews and event logistics.
• Provide administrative support to APAC HR and L&D working groups (minutes, information sharing).
• Maintain L&D and recruitment records, SharePoint resources and HR data; prepare reports.
• Engage with HR, L&D colleagues, facilitators and participants across the APAC region.
