MSF Malaysia is seeking a collaborative professional to coordinate Learning & Development programs, support recruitment and talent attraction, and rollout staff engagement initiatives across the APAC region, with a focus on Malaysia and Thailand.

The Malaysia Branch Office is being established as the central administrative hub for the APAC Partnership.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the APAC Regional IHR Manager this collaborative role will provide planning, coordination and delivery for Learning & Development programs, support Recruitment and Talent Attraction activities, and rollout staff engagement initiatives across the APAC region.
You will contribute to workforce development by ensuring smooth delivery of training programs, timely recruitment and effective talent attraction specifically in Malaysia and Thailand, and HR Coordination. Accountabilities will include:
