International Justice Mission (IJM) seeks an experienced HR Director, Asia Pacific to drive regional HR strategy, policy development, and people operations across ten countries. The role partners with regional leaders to ensure alignment with IJM’s mission, while navigating local labor laws and cross‑cultural contexts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR or related field is required or equivalent.
• SHRM-SCP or GPHR certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in HR leadership within complex, global or INGO environments.
• english proficiency and work authorization for APAC locations are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional HR strategy and planning to align with IJM priorities.
• Develop and monitor HR policies compliant with regional labor laws and global standards.
• Oversee implementation of global HR systems (salary reviews, performance reviews, engagement).
• Build partnerships with external HR vendors and service providers.
• Mentor regional HR leaders to enhance capacity and effectiveness.
• Manage talent acquisition, compensation, and rewards across APAC.
