Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an APAC Lead Investigator, Employee Relations (HR Director) to lead complex cross-country investigations and provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders across APAC. This remote role requires strong investigative planning, knowledge of employment law across APAC, and the ability to coach junior investigators while ensuring confidentiality and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex cross-country investigations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across APAC.
• Ability to coach and develop junior investigators while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, senior-level, cross-country investigations involving ethics issues, conduct, harassment, and other workplace concerns.
• Establish investigation scope, review evidence, interview, prepare findings, and draft reports.
• Provide oversight and coaching to junior investigators and ER team members across APAC.
• Engage with P&C Consultants in APAC countries where investigations are managed locally.
• Ensure investigations comply with ER standards, policies, and local requirements.
• Advise senior stakeholders on findings, employment risk, and appropriate actions.
• Support harassment, discrimination matters, and other high-impact issues.
• Review documentation to ensure neutrality and defensibility.
• Track cases and manage escalations in the case management system.
• Partner with global ER, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security on ethics and Code matters.
