Qualifications

• Minimum requirements describe legal qualification and extensive employment law experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality legal oversight and strategic guidance on employment matters across APAC.
• Manage employment-related disputes and litigation with internal and external resources.
• Partner with Global Operations and People Team on employee relations matters.
• Develop scalable processes, contracts, and regional handbooks.
• Deliver in-house legal training for business units and operations teams.
• Maintain knowledge of national and local labor laws across APAC jurisdictions.
• Drive cross-functional employment legal projects end-to-end.
