Responsibilities

• This is a predominantly phone-based role contacting a portfolio of existing accommodation partners daily.
• Optimize rate and availability to increase customer conversion on Expedia's platform.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure competitive conditions across high-demand APAC markets.
• Educate partners on Expedia Partner Central self-service features to manage core marketplace activities.
• Re-engage dormant hotel partners and identify root causes of uncompetitiveness.
