Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic partnerships or related commercial roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong commercial acumen with win-win partnership negotiation.
• Experience with financial institutions or payments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive FI partnership strategy for Japan, aligned with priorities.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities with banks, issuers, wallets, and loyalty programs.
• Build compelling business cases to secure internal and partner buy-in; negotiate contracts.
• Own and grow a portfolio of FI partners in Japan; develop joint business plans and drive growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Operations to launch initiatives.
• Analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and report ROI; track pipeline and impact.
