Qualifications

• English and Japanese fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Japan FI partnership strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new FI partner opportunities.
• Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
• Own and grow a portfolio of FI partners in Japan.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, and Finance.
• Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.
• Develop joint business plans and track success metrics.
