Job summary

Expedia Group in Malaysia seeks a Partner Growth & Agility specialist to enhance competitiveness for hotels across APAC markets. The role is predominantly phone-based, contacting a portfolio of accommodation partners daily to optimize rates and availability.

You will collaborate with in-market teams to secure competitive conditions, educate partners on self-service features in Expedia Partner Central, and drive conversion while managing relationships across high-demand markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Business English proficiency required.
• 1–3 years in hotel sales/revenue/account management preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet targets and show data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication, listening and influencing skills.
• Comfort with fast-changing technology and analytics.

Responsibilities
