Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a seasoned Regional Head for Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific in Digital Grid, based in Malaysia. You will lead a regional team, coordinate with strategy, sales and hub operations, and ensure timely, on-budget project delivery while advancing customer satisfaction and strategic growth.

You will engage with customers and regulators, drive market insights, and foster collaboration across multinational teams to execute complex grid projects worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional team across MEA & APAC for Digital Grid projects
• Directly report to SVP of Digital Grid and liaise with strategy and sales
• Develop and drive execution of sales opportunities and project execution aligned with company goals
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, authorities and stakeholders
• Provide operational insights and support to regional hubs and sales discussions
