Job summary

Air Liquide's Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking a Senior Manager, General Ledger to lead the APAC GL function (excluding China). The role emphasizes governance, multi-currency consolidation, and accelerated closing through automation.

You will develop a high-performing GL team, partner with regional stakeholders, and advance the financial close with Lean/Six Sigma practices while ensuring compliance with corporate policy and local statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Finance & Accounting
• min. 5 years in GL/RTR process management
• 5+ years directing teams or managers
• Shared Services/GBS experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC GL operations and financial governance (excl. China).
• Drive multi-currency consolidations and month/quarter/year-end closing.
• Oversee balance sheet integrity and reconciliations.
• Standardize GL workflows and drive process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Leverage Oracle ERP capabilities and automation to accelerate closing cycles.
