Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Senior Manager, General Ledger to lead the regional GL function across APAC (ex-China) within the RTR organization. You will drive consolidated close, balance-sheet integrity, and process standardization, while leveraging Oracle ERP and automation to accelerate cycles.

The role emphasizes people leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma, with a focus on maximizing value and service levels for APAC affiliates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Finance & Accounting with 5+ years in GL/RTR.
• Experience in Shared Services/GBS.
• Strong Oracle ERP, close tools, RPA preferred.
• APAC accounting standards familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end GL closing for APAC affiliates.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and remediation of reconciling items.
• Ensure SLAs and statutory reporting compliance across APAC.
• Drive standardization and automation of GL processes and workflows.
