Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Senior Manager, General Ledger to lead the regional GL function within RTR across APAC (excluding China). You will drive governance, consolidate processes, safeguard balance sheet integrity and accelerate digital transformation through automation.

Responsibilities include consolidations, KPI reporting, and standardizing GL workflows, with a focus on Oracle ERP and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

10+ years in Finance & Accounting with 5+ years in GL/RTR.
Shared Services / GBS experience required.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Proven Lean/Six Sigma execution (Yellow Belt+).

Responsibilities

Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end GL closing for APAC affiliates.
Ensure balance sheet integrity with reconciliations.
Standardize GL workflows across APAC markets.
Drive automation and Oracle ERP-driven improvements.
